I haven't played FFXI for a long time now, and I was thinking of playing it again. I have a few questions:

1) My parents are divorced, my mom doesn't wanna pay for FFXI, but I had the game at my dad's and he payed for it, so is there a way to play it at my mom's house, but make it so my dad has to pay?

2) I got bored of the game easily (Lv 9 Monk). Is there a job or combination of jobs that is good at dealing damage but is equally good at party support and is always fun to play as? I was thinking about being a WHM, but I would like to be able to dish ot a fair amount of damage, too.

yes just make sure its your dads credit card and you can play it at your mums still by installing the game at her house, also quiting at level 9 well that was such a dumb idea i mean your barely into the game and you quit already i'm sorry but i've had to many people quit without even starting to do the main part of the game and well if you can't be asked to even try get a little futher

I played it for about a year before quitting, I just got bored of grinding from 7-10, so I would make a new character.

I was thinking of making 2 characters, a NIN/WAR or NIN/THF and a MNK/WHM or WHM/? (Dunno a good sub for WHM).
