...Uhhhh... VooDoo 3? [XD] That's probably the best you can afford with 100$ Canadian--no offense intended. But, if you can save enough money... I'd say go for:
NVidia 7000 [or higher]... I only know nVidia cards really, sorry >_<...
[I have a 7300 LE and can play almost every game that's currently out :D]

If that was USD you could buy some 128mb card by nvidia.. Mines a nice crappy intelll 64mb and it's only crashed on two games, 1. Guild Wars cause for some dumbass reason they made it so it needs some special crap to move items and it crashes my computer to a blue screen.. 2. Planet Side after playing it for hours and hours x_x

My old PC ran off of a PCI 3d card and it costed me only $75 USD at the time( 2 yrs ago). My kid has it now. He can play WoW, Guild Wars, and many other MMORPG games.
It was is a ATI Radeon 9250 256mb PCI card. I Know, its a ATI and pci, but it never gave me or my son any problems with any MMORPGs. I has seen it for sale in stores foe anywhere from $50- $65 USD.

This is the best card for its price

Only thing is.. It's double slotted and you'll need a nice power supply.
In some benchmarks it beats a 7600gt :)
oh you'll need a PCI-E slot too.
EDIT: oh nvm You live in Canada...

LOL, its a modified Dell PC.
P4 2.66 Ghz
1 gig ram
PCI graphics 256mb
40 g HD
and the basics.....
After adding the parts total price is less than $700 for a PC to run decent MMORPGs.
Wife is getting me an Alienware for Xmas. This PC I have now is soon to be upgraded and given to my good friend.

Nice AlienWare
U should play FPS games when u get it.
^_^ it owns.
PS: HE said games like rappelz/infinty
don't need 7600GT+ or w.e
a 9250+ radeon would be good to play those games
Radeon 9550 90$, walmart....and w00t
