I'm bored and I have something floating around in my head, some vague idea for a story. who here likes to write? just curious.

I LOVE to write. I actually have a story in process too. ^_^ The hard part is when you have two ways you want to split a story and you can't decide which to take...that bugs the hell outta me. Happened in the second chapter of my current story. XD Now I'm making two seperate stories and keeping the better one. (it has to do with assassins, mages, and an emperor...how very vague of me. :p)

I like to write, I'm just overly self-critical and rarely get things done. I'm also fundamentally disorganized.

i love to wright, I am working on a Script actualy :p ITs going to be a blockbuster for sure!

huge writer. considering i went to school for game design and film prod. both for the reason of script writing, i would say its a huge part of my life. im positive im going for film production. im a huge zombie film fan, and old school/cheesy horror flicks. i have countless movies, and i enjoy all of them. im currently, taking urban legends from where i used to live, and making them into short stories. there are 6 i think. maybe i will post a few entrys soon. but i plan on getting them or tryingto get them published. if theyre good enough yeah

I wouldn't really consider myself a writer, but I do like to write short stories once in a while.

I love to write although the only thing I write are essays for school.I'd love to write a novel some day.

I have the imagination & creativity (Aren't they the same thing?) to be a good writer, but I lack the spirit/will since I loathe writing in general. -_-

I'm trying to get a novel started. I want the theme to be something that happened to me throughout my life but I just can't go past what happened. Like I tried writing this romantic novel about this girl... We've been crushing over each other since like the 6th grade but for some reason we never seem to like each other at the same time. >.>

6th Grade - Me
7th Grade - Beggining Me, End Her
8th Grade - no1 begginning, End Her
9th Grade - Begginning her, duno what'l happen.

I don't know. She's really hot but I just can't bring myself to like her. Lol when I first started liking her in 6th grade she kinda rejected me and I just tried to forget about her. And I dk life sucks. Anyways I was trying to spin off of that but it just doesn't seem natural as if it could happen.

lol. so basically, she's damn shmexy and you want her, and you must look "nice", so she wants oyu, but you don't actually like each other? lol. anyhooes, I was thinking of two ideas. one's about this priest type guy who needs to kill all theses demons in a semi-modern time, but he's really sickly and using his powers starts to kill him, the other being about a high fantasy kind of book, where you main character is a thief, who finds out he has magical talent when he picks a lock by touching it (you know, minus the lock picks and stuff) and he kind of becomes a vigilante hero type guy, like a kickass robin hood. which do you guys like better?

I like writing. Long non stop stories. I'm halfway done with a story of me and my real life friends included. Full of magic and swords.O_o

My friend thinks it's VERY stupid to write stories on your spare time. They don't know what they're missing.:hmm:

I write, and am considering taking it as a proffesion. Mainly cause I like the spend time in solutude, just thinking.(or pondering as i like to put it. POOH BEAR FTW)

I personally HATE writing about my life, if I ever get some sort of assighnment like that I usually don't do it, or never give it my all. I had a story awhile back, but I abandoned it. Lately I've been feeling an urge to write again.

In reality, I really want to write for like a game or sumthin, just so I could see my story come to life. If that would happen, I would want to conrtol EVERY ASPECT of the game/animation. Movies are meh, with digital animation there is much more freedom.

I couldn't agree with you more Jester! I'm considering going into the same field...

But, when you delay your writing for so long you get these urges to just start it again, and then you get writer's block and it's annoying as hell. That's why I'm only on the second chapter of my story so far...

Soon, I'm thinking about posting it in the General section and getting some feedback...I've posted it once, but that was when it wasn't revised and it sucked. A lot of people told me to change the names too, but I disregarded that. I like the names I put in there! >_< They fit the characters perfectly in my opinion...
