Not everyone has photoshop, you can't post a .psd >_>

2)open the file u want
3)upload it
4)copy "IMG" link on your post

First you have to save it as a .bmp, .jpeg/.jpg, or a .png (or something else).

PSDs won't do.

Three tips.
1. -Bigger text, better font.
2. - Better background, less sharpening.
3. -SAVE IT IN A DIFFERENT FORMAT.
