Well first create the shape of the sig. You should use a layer mask for that. Then get the background color of the forum. (Make photshop small enough so you can see a portion of your project and a portion of the forum background. Click into your project, with the color selection tool, and drag it to the background. Then you should place it as the background.

Thats just the basic idea but I'm sure you could find a tutorial...
