Hangame is now running the servers for the korean and japanese versions of Dungeon & Fighter, and Hangames english site is http://www.ijji.com/ (bringing games like Golf King and Gunster to english). There's a chance it could come english (if the developers decide to translate it), but as of right now it may never happen. The good news is, if they do translate it, it shouldn't take too long to get servers setup for it (since they seem to be in good standing with Hangame/Ijji.

Simply, there's a chance it could happen sometime, but don't hold your breath.

I have no idea but that game looks sick...I would totally play it... :)
