I want to play WC3/FT using a virtual drive.
Ive checked on the internet and can't find a clear answer.
Alot of people says its impossible to do so, some say it is, can't find clear steps on how to use it. I already installed daemon tolls, but have no clue on how to use it. Do you need a burner to make an "image" or whatnot, need serious help.

I would remove that if you don't want a warning.

I read the rules and dont see it. I assume that he has the game but it's quite irritating to put the cd in each time and on my computer, my computer will crash a bit :P. And you can't crack/hack battle.net.. and warcraft 3 offline aint fun.

Umm.. why dont you just cr@ck it? The isos to be mounted in the virtual drives still take up space ya know lol...

Heh.. He already has it, he wants to emulate the disk onto a virtual drive so he can play without the disk.

But the would mean getting the disk image, such as an ISO or DMG. There are ways and means of getting a Warcraft 3 image, but I don't think it can be discussed here.

The programs themselves arn't illegal. There are compleatly legal reasons to make a CD image. This is one.
The program that I use is called Alcahol120%
No, you don't need a burner to make an image, but if you want to put an image onto a CD, you will need a burner(ofcourse)

What I suggest is you check the help files.

Thanks alot FabianN, i downloaded that program, checked the help files, made the image, and it is now working fine:3 :3 . I got one question though, is there some way to make that virtual drive "invisible" to other users on my computer?

Maybe you could try hidden folders? o_O I never really bothered to mess around with that though... You just right click a folder and set its properties to "Hidden"...
