1. Do I need to script it?

Well, when you say you have alot of experience with making RPGs, what exactly do you mean by that? What did you make them with?

Well. If you made it with rmxp.. I don't see a way to make it into an rpg unless u get the rmxp source and that would take alot of skill and time to turn it into a mmorpg. If you made it with gamemaker. It wouldnt take very much time. Theres a tutorial at www.gamemaker.nl. If the game engine you are using is made for making only single player rpgs. you should just not try to make it into a mmorpg. Just restart it into a mmorpg engine. You can try www.vbgore.com or http://www.splamm.com/elysium/forums/ Since you are good in making rpgs. you should try the simpler one which i like http://www.splamm.com/elysium/forums/ Elysium diamond is a great source. And very easy to use. But if you want to make a mmorpg with a engine you need visual basics 6.
