It would work but your friend would have to keep recasting the puppet.

Yea, Why go through all that trouble when you can just gather up all the monsters using slash blast.

Use a bowman to arrow bomb monsters once and he can go up on a safe platform while u kill them.

1. If a high level and a low level are partying, the high level will absorb much of the experience. Even more, if the level difference is great.
Example:
High level kills monster:
High level gets 95
Low level gets 5
Low level kills monster:
High level gets 75
Low level gets 25
2. If the sniper/ranger attacks the monsters, when the lower levels kill the monster(s), he will only get a small fraction of the exp since much of the exp would be sent to the sniper/ranger since the higher level did damage.
3. If the monsters are under a platform, attacking the higher level, directly after the lower level attacks one or more of the monsters, the monsters that are attacked by the low level will immediately chase after the low level.
For example, if five Jr. Yetis are jumping at a sniper, if a 2x warrior whacks a jr. yeti, the jr. yeti will stop chasing the high level and unfortunately beat up the lower level.
4. The sniper/ranger must attack the monsters before they become attracted to the puppet.
