My Character is like lvl35 and i still dont know how to use duel pistols, i asked people around town but no one ever tells me how. Can someone please tell me how?

u nid to learn freestyle shot first b4 u can learn double pistols...u can buy the book near baron...

freestyler lv8 (or maybe 12) then only can learn double guns.

PS: u need to drag the other gun to the lower side hand icon.
