Download mIRC here.

You should see a lightning bolt in the upper left. Click the button next to that.
You should see an Add button.
Fill this in
Description: Xelium
IRC Server: irc.xelium.net
Ports: Leave as is
Then it should automatically select Xelium for you.
Press OK.
Press the lightning bolt.
It should say Enter a Channel to Join or something.
Type in #infinity and press join.
You are winner!
