Hi guys. Could someone help me out with a problem? Everytime i try to launch MS the screen turns black, then it goes back to the desktop and i get the message : "error code : - 2005532292 unknown error" Has this happended to anyone else? Someone please help me out! :-/

go start>all programs> wizet> and run the 'setup' . it is probably because it is running in the wrong resolution.

Im not exactly sure on this one cause there are so many errors like that (just a bunch of numbers) but I am almost positive it is either graphics card or gameguard related. I got some suggestions you should try:

Do you have latest DirectX? Try going to microsoft.com and get the latest...

Is your graphics card out of date? If you could play the game before then it suddenly happened I dont think this is the problem. Go get a Geforce series graphics card like for $100-$150

Latest drivers? If you are good on your graphics card but it still wont work try going to your cards main site and downloading the correct drivers for your card.

If you dont think its graphics realted it probly has to do with gameguard. try fully uninstalling the game then redownloading just to make sure you are up to date with the patches.

If NONE of that works than im stumped and it problly has to do with your computer itself and not a universal problem such as a virus/hacking utility on your computer and gameguard is blocking it.

P.S. This just hit me but I dont think this is the problem at all but it doesnt hurt to try.. Firewall? Blocking gameguard? idk...

Download ProcessGuard from Diamond CS...install that and it will show you all the processes you have running, and allow you to stop them, or permit them...its a nice tool. I was having the same problem with my machine and maple...and PG helped me out.

Also, do not, NOT run anyother applications while starting up maple (Firefox, AIM, MSN, iTunes etc etc etc) GameGuard misinterprets for hacking tools sometimes. Once your in the game just Alt+Tab out and open whatever you want, but not while its starting up.


Ironic, I know that GameGuard blocks iTunes and not a Vac Hack (I assume, people are still using it)
