Another f2p game where the site doesn't work at all, the documentation is Engrish as hell and just getting your account setup takes a bunch of effort and patience? How many times are the dumbass Dev's/companies that port azn games to NA going to skimp on the most basic of basic things?!!

Here's a hint morons: If just getting the game running is a bitch you are already removing a huge part of the mass market.

I'm sure I could sift through some threads and figure this bs out but really why should I care that much? f2p Asian imports are a dime a dozen, if there isn't a stickied thread that answers all my questions I'm not going to bother. There are more people like me in this regard then there are people who will jump through 5 hoops to get their account activated.

Gah, I'm so tired of this utter amateur-hour crap from some of these game companies...

Anyways, that vent felt good, but somebody should sticky a FAQ to playing considering the first two pages are littered with a million can't sign up, can't play, plz help type threads. Or not, whatever...

I'm sorry you feel this way. Here's a solution: Shut up and stop playing so the rest of us can enjoy it.

God all you gota do is go to G&G make a account Go to profile settings enable SSO and your freaking set... Now how hard is that? Seeing as I did it back BEFORE dragon gem even opened I had this... but still ....

And besides I didn't have to sift the crap. Took me like 5 minutes to get a account and about 30 minutes to download... 30 minutes of my time to set up... REALLLLYYY long time eh? /sarcasm

Besides that if you want a good game A: make one yourself B: PAY for your games C: Shut the heck up.

If only it was that easy, now maybe you can explain why I can't get the stupid infinity site to let me login when I can easily play trickster, nostale, and dragongem?

That is whats called a problem, just because it works for you, doesn't mean it works for everyone :)

First, the game just came out, give it a break. In due time it will be easier to log in / register and all that fun stuff. And Arri, I couldn't play Trickster for a while because it wouldn't let me log in. But then I tried again about a week later and it worked o_0. So it just takes patience.

You all are missing my point, or being stupid rabid fanboi defensive clowns, I'm not sure which.

Here are two obvious problems with their page:
1) When you use the sign in link on the left side of the main page, there is an error, yes it is easily corrected by refreshing the page but most people will not exactly think of that right off the bat.

2) If you make the mistake of using the sign in link at the top of the page, your taken to the gamengame site, which after signing in will tell you infinity isn't out yet...

3) Not 100% about this one, but I swear they said they were going to send me an email after account creation, but I never got one.

Couple this with the typical TERRIBLE Engrish that all instructions are in, and you end up with a recipe for the game not being exposed to half as many people as it should be. This is fairly simple stuff here, and it always bugs me when these really fun f2p games end up with very small communities in large part because it is a hassle to even get the thing working. Check out ATC-Raycrash for a good example of a pretty unique cool game that is basically dead during non Asian primetimes, I would speculate due in part to what a pain it is to get an account up and running.

Yes those relatively minor errors constitute a hassle, think about how many people on the internet don't understand very basic stuff. I just find it silly that these companies can't be bothered to get someone who actually speaks English to design their sites, and you know, make sure they work properly without any hassle. Joe Sixpack doesn't want to have to check a forum that isn't even related to the game to figure out how to get his account running. That is just a fact, but yall can go back to saying stupid stuff like "well dont play then, we don't want you". Only a truly self-centered idiot wants less people playing a game. You don't need much logic to understand that more people = more likely for the game to stick around, get decent support/updates and thrive.

infinity is made to be a webbase log in game, so if u dont like that way, then dont play this game
