This is simple. Poster A describes a NPC/item/monster, and Poster B tries to name it. Whether it's wrong or right, Poster A can decide to correct, but you have to include a description of your own in the post.

Example:

Poster A: [Monster] It's green and squishy.
Poster B: Slime. * [Monster] It has a green shell and is the weakest monster in the game.

...etc. etc.

No, it was actually Zakum arm 6. It can't attack(unless you actually walk into it which is incredibly dumb) but it can curse(or plague) you.
