Can someone please send me the link to download the lastest version for gimp? Cause I'm getting confused in the "Download Section"in Gimp.O_o

various binaries/sources/help files confuse you much, huh? here it is. I think, anyways. you need some unzip program to use it, though.

It doesn't kill you to google it. But...meh. Tar and bz2 files usually work with WinRAR, so if he has that, he's fine.
