Yes it can.One room im not sure which one,but it costs 250k!And there are I think 3 rooms that cost 250k.And some room costs.And Glavus,It is very easy.I think one crude chair (first thing you can build) gives about 35 xp or somewhere around there.ineedgunzhelpBAD,stop whining about that player owned houses arent for free players.Jagex made it to attract more members.
