It's true for GunZ online, but for other games like WoW big clans seem to work fine.

Big clans with good management = good. Big clans with little or no management = chaos.

I saw this clan in some other games, but never in Gunz.
This clan is good organized tho.

Wow . .a clan so big, yet no one has ever seen it in game. xD It makes me doubt. Still, I wonder if it has good management. I've seen some really bad clans before . . . .
