Ok so like the title says, i have a question about closed beta for any games.
If you participate in closed beta do you get to keep the account or character you made for the official release of the game, or does it get deleted?

Normally what happens between the transition of Closed Beta (CB) and Open Beta(OB) is they delete the data on the accounts. Sometimes they allow it to carry over. Depends on the company.
Now from Open Beta to official relase date many companys are allowing data on accounts carry over. Most of the ones that do this are F2P.
