yesterday i looted a red nap from a level 2x who was showing off. everyone around me ingame told me to give it back... but myself, i am keeping it. i say that as soon as it leaves your inventory, its fair game. others think that it was his etc.
he was showing off. serves him right.. but what do you think?

If anyone drops anything its fair game to take it. If they didnt want anyone to steal it they wouldn't have dropped it... I usually keep stuff I loot from people but occasionally I give it back... especially if its not worth much.

YES ABSOLUTELY You better take it...WHen it is dropped for 1,000,000 People for a chance to pick it up, your closer so yea its like a game so pick it up...he could be banned for that...
But if you feel sorry for the poor noob then yea give it back >_>

As soon as you drop it, it's not yours, definitely. Your fault for dropping it, you deserve no sympathy.

Its just a Red Nap, its not that valuable. And yes, it IS his fault for dropping the item. After he drops it, its technically free-game the instant it hits the ground.

Lol I have a really fast computer and people think I use auto loot. So when I drop something and I dont pick it up then the other person obviously has Auto Loot.
Morale:If they use Auto Loot it is NOT fair game, otherwise it is.

If you loot a red nap from a lvl 80 then keep it.. he's probably rich... but from a lvl 2x.. that's probably the best item he has and you should give it back.

I, myself would have no use in a red napolean so I'd tease him for a little then give it back but if it was something else I might keep it. I dunno though; I do have a conscience.

i really dont care about the level of the person
he was dropping, everyone has the right to pick up cuz it isn't in his/her possession anymore
that is now,
before, i used to give everything back..................... until some 'friends' i had decided to treat me like i was a piece of s***
