Oye i used to play this game but got bored cause it lacked pvp and the grind was terrible
I know they will never fix the grind

But i was wondering if they have added pvp yet or if they have any intention of doing so.

i did saw a screen shot bout pvp.
i thought it was a china ms or a beta test server.
but the screen looked like.
i screen where both playes that wanna chanlange each other go in to.
and then fight.
but i can't c how the damage is then cous watch out for cb's money.
or if you can use pots ect ect ect.

I still think maplestory is not suited for pvp.

hackers wil make hacks for pvp. and then it aint funny anymore (the pvp)

most people think of pvp as dueling/killing other players :p

What i heard is you fight a monster representing your enemy. Each monster has the same amount of hp. So its the first who kill the monster who wins the pvp. There is no potion allowed i think.

Most games... money makes your strong and in pvp you'll kill everyone.. Like people said mages will freeze and you gg.. but they could make an item makes you unfrezzable for 5 minutes or so. Where theres a way theres a will.

Well in that version of PvP, the only diff you will be able to get is from your equips. Since both player is killing a monster, freezing will be pretty useless. So in the end it will be a fight of pure damage and how fast you deal it.

Warriors would be screwed, seings how the only other melee class is the bandit...Mages would own...

No, there will not be pvp in mapplestory and there well never will be. If there was, the unbalanced towards mages game style is gonna ruin it. The already shitty comunity would be gone...
