well, my brother did, because he said it was a crappy quest. but now i know that i need to do it to start the lv 40 quest! so i went to manager carl, and he just says 'its a busy day yada yada"... in the 'im progress' section of quests, it still says i took a picture of #4 rolo thigy. so i forfeited it, and it is STILL there... i dont know if i can get the camera back!

Did you click him after 24 hours? Maybe you need to throw away the picture first before talking to him.
