More random knowledge i picked up somewhere which i cannot remember.
Technically at some point, most likely before installtion you would have had to check a box to agree to the terms of service (Tos for short) this i believe is technically the same as signing a contract.
And last i recall breaking the terms of a contract was kinda illegal.

Then again usually with these things there's some sort of line dictating something along the lines of them being able to do whatever they want with your account or change the Tos as they please.

Well this guy has not only been asked by BoomThunda several times and even recieved a warning from a moderator but his doing this constantly de-rails whatever thread it's in.
Yes saying that you would kill someone is overreacting slightly, but if a random stranger came up to me several times over the course of a few days and for no reason did nothing but take the piss and justified it as a "joke" i and i'm sure anyone else in the same situation would (quite rightly) get very pissed off.
