Im having trouble creating a account and i really want to play. Alright whenever i go to MS global i try to sign-up but whenever i put in my birth date it takes like 20minutes and then a page comes up saying "action has been cancelled" and i tried changing mynetwork setting a stuff but nothing works. And i have also tried maple S.E.A but i can sign-up there either whenever i try to get a AsiaSoft Passport but whenever i try a page comes up saying "page cannot be viewed" is there something wrong with the website or am i doing something wrong? I usually don't ask for help but MS just looks so cool, and sorry for bothering you:D And srry for posting two threads that are basically about the same thing.

anyways i think you made a mistake when you registered. maybe entered the wrong information? and i think you have to be 13 to play so make sure you put your birthdate over 13.

and if not turn off the firewall and disable cookies. then try.

im 14 and i never got to put any info because it wouldnt go past the birth date page :( if you think of any other problem i might have then plz tell me :D

oOOO!!! you couldn`t get passed the birthdate page??? thats so wierd...
it might have lagged because you were using other programs like listenining to music and playing a game while signing up. try doing it without any other programs on. other then that i really dont know :(

thats why i was asking someone to plz make me an account in that one thread :D but its ok:p hmmmm i turned off all programs and put in my birthdate but the page is like frozen but in task manager it says its running wierd

well. i think it means the site is still loading and it is checking if it will let you in or not.

it may be that the site is updating and you cant go on it right now.

it is really hard to get into because it is always full.. go to khani or windia.

alright. lol of course then i got to nx passport sign-up then i put in my datebirth and boom thats it, comes up as "action cancelled" and thats it,thats where im stuck at :(. could you try to get past the birthdate sign-up part just to see if its just me?
