ya so i found this free halo demo where you can play multiplayer for free.
Of course you can only play Blood gulch but still its multiplayer.
you can also play the frist level of the campaign, which is pretty big IMO.

What stops you from buying it? It's a good game. Wildtanget is distributing the demo, not the full game that you can buy in Best Buys..
