im not sure where do we go to become one and is there lvl requirement

You'll require a 10 job level. You need to go to the map north-west of morroc and from there, you have to go to the north part of the map into this pyramid. You will then have to go to the centre of the pyramid and go inside the stairs. Then go to the end and i think its the right side of the map where you talk to one of the people there and he will tell you to get mushrooms for him which you'll accept. Then you have to go outside the pyramids back to the map and the guy should be about a little south-east of where you are, by a lake thing. You talk to him and he'll warp you to this mushroom field which you'll be killing mushrooms in there. I'm not sure how many is required minimal to be able to finish it though.

Oh and the pyramid has uh... familiars(bats) which will aggro you and poporings(non aggressive) and i don't remember what else. And in the mushroom field there will be fabres that are aggro as well.
