For those of you lucky enough to recieve the nintendo Wii, please makes the following questions clear:
1.) Explain the Cooling system.
2.) Give an estimate on the system's size
3.) Explain the sound
4.) What kind of batteries does the controller take, and does it eat batteries.
5.) Maximum range from system to controller
6.) Controller Connection
7.) Game download speed (Not sure if internet is out)
8.) Home page Interface.
A)Cannot Answer,sorry.
B)System's size?Put two/three PS2/DVD cases stacked.It's even smaller.It's a White,small box.
C)Sound comes out from both the console (?) and the controller. In RedSteel, this system is advantaged as a cellphone :D.
D)No idea,sorry.
E)From what i've heard 15M.Not sure.But trust me,it's confortable :D.
F)Controller connection?Completely Wireless exept with Nunchuck/Wiimote.They have a USB wire to connect eachother.
G)No idea too, internet is not out probably.
J)Haven't saw it,but if you google it,you'll find pictures. There's the weather channel etc etc and then the so called "Game" channel.
Imagine you wake up,you're Wii is near the kitchen/bathroom way.You grab the controller, press the "Start" button and it auto turns itself. You wash up/drink you're coffee or milk,on the way to you're bedroom you select for example...The Weather/News channel.
While you dress up,you spy with you're little eyes the weather/news of today without turning on the TV where you can have rough times finding it.
That's the power of the Wii Connect24 Function.

I do now yet own a Wii, but I can answer a couple questions(I do ALOT of research), and you can bank on it.
1. It has a fan, it is so quiet that you'd have a hard time hearing it even when its on.
2. System size is about 2-3 stacked DVD cases.
3. Sound, it supports Dolby Digital Pro Logic II, and the controller also has a speaker on it...
4. It takes 2 AA batteries, something around 30+ hours, if you are using the sensors, and about 30 I think with you using it.
5. It has a good range, expect over 20-30 feet, but suggested range is between 4-8, if I remember correctly.
6. To "sync" the controller with the system there is a sync button on the wiimote itself inside the battery compartment area, and there is a "sync" button under the front flap of the system beside the SD card slot. You can connect the "nunchuk" through the slot under the wiimote.
7. Not sure, I a m pretty sure it would depend on your question, and remember that VVC games are SMALL, so it should just take a couple seconds max.
8. It looks clean, Here is PART of it, the Wii Channels, part.

The controller speaker suuuckkkksss -.-
it like.. even skips when it plays noises, besides the fact that it plays probly 16 bitrate xD.
if the speaker acctually made some pleasent noises, i would love the idea.
When i pull the bow back in zelda its like- crack"string"crackle"string"skip"shoot"

Just to add some things...
The Wii controller's speaker is pretty Low quality, which isn't too much of a problem, but when it's loud, the sound coming out of it is really annoying. I would suggest keeping the sound low but not muted- ESPECIALLY during Zelda. Lol it sounds off everytime you swing your sword, shoot an arrow or slingshot, and so on. But out of Trauma Center, Red Steel, and Zelda, the 3 games I played, Zelda makes the most use of the controllers speaker.
