Also, I'll try to make it, but I'll be a bit late. I have swimming and tennis for the majority of the afternoon.

My timezone is EST.

I still think that EDT is EST with daylight savings but if it isnt I need to find out the time in EST too. I'm about 75% sure I can go

EDT and EST are the same times. 7 EDT and 7 EST are the same things. Yeah, EDT is just a different name for EST during the spring and the summer.
