In being a Hunter what ability should i upgrade? Finisher or Power Knock-back?

it's not finisher,it's called final attack
and you should max mastery first

screw final attack
go with power knockback

Power knockback is good for when your depressed, because you can go find a sin and hit monsters at him/her.

Somewhere in there you can add in some Booster and Soul Arrow too if
you want. (generallly as long as mastery is done by lvl40 its good)

After doing that, it depends how far you want to take your character.
If you don't plan on reaching lvl70 with him/her, go Final Attack.
If you do plan on reaching lvl70 and beyond, go Arrow Bomb.
