I thought u might want a second opinion. I asked the same question myself at first. Too bad they dont bring it out for nonmembers. jagex needs to just make everthing free. but construction is only for members

why should they make all their hard work free when all it costs is a lousy 5 dollars a month dont say the graphics are bad but these types of games are too good to be free in my opinion

Juggernaut,if everything was free,there wouldnt be a runescape.Runescape gets all their money from members,and without members there cant be servers,and without servers,there cant be players!

Dude, read the rules, no flaming. The reason they created members is so they could stay is business. They have more than 100 servers, and they have paid staff, which costs alot.

yes it is u can see the if they are member only by clicking on the skill and looking at the page that pops up and see if it members only
