D3 was confirmed for a launch.
Starcraft 2 is wayyyyy in the process of being planned.

I've heard they wil make a Diablo 3,,as for Startcraft there is always gosht,but the game was supposed to be launched in 03,and after they said 05,I wonder when it come out?But Gosht isn't a strategy game.

Ghost was "Indefinitely postponed to pursue next generation interests." However, Star Craft 2 WAS announced to have been in development, but since it was supposed to reference Ghost in many ways, they may have started-over, or scrapped it as well.

i know d3 was confirmed and they said there going to make 2-3 anouncements sometime in 2008

I've completely given up on Starcraft 2, and you probably should too.

Just so you guys know, HellGate London will be pay to play, so if you dont have a credit card or decent funds for gamecards, don't anticipate the release of this game.

No, he wasn't 'resurrected' he was never destroyed. The old hero of the first game became the vessel of the new Diablo.

Remember from Diablo 1 when at the end you kill Diablo and take in his 'soulstone'. He never was 'destroyed' he just possessed the next person. I know the story of Diablo II sorta contradicts that though, but they do mention the original hero from Tristram.

HOWEVER, Diablo 3 would be badass for the following reasons -- Better graphics, more characters, more skills, bigger environments, more creatures, more bosses.

All that fun stuff. Hopefully my computer can run it, it should be able to. Though my computer is very finicky with high-detailed games.

Nah I didn't like the music, too dull.

D2 wouldn't be that difficult to top... Mage Knight Apocalypse topped it.

Though I'm not positive MKA is the same genre, just similar a bit.

I mean Diablo 2 only pushed 1.8gigs.

They have a lot more space to work with now as apposed to when Diablo 2 first appeared.

Well I have a question since noone mentioned it. Where exactly did you guys hear about D3 being confirmed?
OH, and to all you people saying there is no more for diablo to do. They could easily put it in the story that there is a new LOD or something, and basicly put in that in order to have ballance they still needed good AND evil... or they could have World of Diablo where you pick which side you will be on, demon or human/rouge/hell bovine(cows =3) I don't really care. I just want another diablo style game, no other game is really like it.:(
