how come i have to keep turning gunz off and back on again to connect to a server and when i try to enter the screen stays black and only the yellow cursor shows with the background music playing :(

I am having the same problem.

Also, I can only connect to Server 5, and it keeps coming up with "Nomsg (E-1)" errors when I attempt to create another character.

like i said in another thread. it is caused by the mega power level hack. This hack lags the server so you all have this kind of problems. Maiet prob aint gonna fix it, because they are working on their 'live service'[full version of gunz]. Which will release on 29 november, this wednesday.

It's known EVERYWHERE in gunzfactor, a popular gunz fansite. Yes, i'm certain that the cause is megapowerlving. There's even a Youtube video showing a player powerlvling.

You got mixed up there. Maiet has nothing to do with the IJJI Gunz. Also, it's Open Beta isn't it? Not the Full version?

Maiet is the one who makes all the updates for that GunZ. They cooperate with ijji so they can actually publish the gunz version.
And what I meant with the full version is that the ijji GunZ has all the features, unlike igunz. So I kinda think this is more a full version than an open beta like the igunz version.
Of course you can say it is an open beta, I don't mind.

i hate hackers who ruin a game becuase my cuz plays gunz and he used hacks and powerlvled so i went to his house and deleted his gunz and hacks but he got gunz back and the hacks i hate when fuacking people got to ruin a good game like gunz
