everytimr i go in the launch window and click start game it won't start that minute i see the Hero Online operating thing it completely closed it self , anyone know a solution to this ?

do you have any anti virus softwar or anything like that installed? if u do that might be the reason why?

try to reinstall hero ... or maybe its your anti-virus or firewall check them..
