Im pretty sure that means there is no response form the game server. Try again later or check your internet connection might be a router problem.

first off would it work if i had character on there already if so will somone give me a newb account perferably that hasa guy on it plear

That happens to me quite alot. I usually just pick another name and it works for me.

just try another name and it might work-_-
