Only two of each though, so its not that big a deal. Please keep in mind that in the various other versions of MS they don't have to spend as much money on hacking prevention as well, so they don't need as many cash shop items to make them money.

WTF is MS thinking? lets look at some of the Items Showa has. The new Arrows. ya +4 ATTACK whats the point of getting SOul Arrow then? Takoyaki 20 + ATTACK. Whats the point of getting Rage if it just counters some Sin, Warrior, Archer's Takoyaki? they would gett pissed? I mean come on if the pots/Use items Counters OUR skills whats the point of getting them?

Rage and other buffs are still cheaper, not to mention that not everybody is going to be able to buy thousands of 4 attack arrows every repot.

Zipangu monsters drop all sorts of Gacaphon items in Msea, like frying pan,thermometer,cao cao bow,different coloured umbrellas etc etc.
Im sure if we get Zipangu we will get the monsters dropping gacaphon items to but ours will be different since that patch ages ago which swapped all the drops around and yes it affects new towns.

Are you sure? Becasue there are tons of hackers everyday. MapleStory needs PUNKBUSTER if they are really "Spending Money on Hacking Protection">_>

In a recent announcement, we stated that we will be taking a much harder approach to hacking and other forms of game abuse. We promised that we will no longer be tolerating hacking in any form. We stated that our hacking detection has been increased and our GM presence would be much greater. As many have noticed, we have kept our word. Every day as many as 500 accounts are banned for hacking, spamming, foul language or various other terms of service violations.



Many have seen their individual ranks have increased as those players who choose not to follow the rules get their accounts closed permanently. We have received many emails of praise thanking us for taking such a hard stance on these players who have no respect for the rules or other players around them. We thank those of you who have taken the time to help to improve MapleStory by reporting these violators. However, many of you are still not satisfied. We agree 100%.



There are those violators that hide. Those that think if nobody sees them, they won?t get caught. They are wrong.



Silently we have been monitoring. We have been waiting, watching and recording accounts that have been detected as hacking. Not just by reports, but by our internal hacking detection systems. Today marks the day the first wave of these accounts has been terminated. The first of many.

Now, where do you think the money for the increased presence and training of GMs, gameguard, and updates in general comes from? Thats right, cash shop. Now, what did people spend so much money on on the day it came out? Gachapon.

Now, I've tried a few other versions of MS, I tried JMS and MSEA for around a week each, and a bit of KMS(only did this one for like, a day). I can tell you from these, that I did not see more than two, possibly three hackers in total playing these(all of which I were on MSEA, as I recall, though I could be wrong). Its a common belief that American gamers are the worst community and the most prone to hacking, and I happen to find that correct via personal experience.

Oh, and hasn't MSEA had their sponsorship for a longer amount of time?

Oh, and PUNKBUSTER is meant for small FPS servers, nothing the size of an MMORPG with 1.5million subscribers just in a single version.

Im kinda confused about how they gonna do some of this. If cao cao bow is a cash shop item AND an item u can find...wont it be rly confusing and stuff?
