can anyone tell me how to use a capsule?i just bought them and i don't know how to use them!!!!please tell me!

Capsule as in the Ludibrium/Omega Sector Warp Capsules?

You have to be in Ludibrium/Omega Sector to use them.
You can't be inside Eos Tower either.

If its to Omega Sector don't use it or you will be stuck.

what!?!?!!?!?!??!nooooooooooo i just needed to finished a quest!and what lvl are the monsters?

Most of the monsters in Omega Sector are lv 40+.
I'd wait till you're at least 35 before you do the quest.
