I've hacked in other games. MS not quiet. MS is about having fun and maknig friends. When your hacking you can't make friends. Unless you stop and play legitimently. But you will just get bored of the game faster, if you move from hacking to legit.

To be 100% honest, I hacked until around February 2005 in Beta. I think about it every now and then, but then I think about how far I've gotten as a legit player.

Meh, there's a part of everyone that wants to hack. This want consists of jealousy, envy, laziness, and the want of power. These are qualities that all humans possess. If you resist the urge to hack, as a player, and especially as a person, you are above them, remember that.

In all honesty, I have tried to, but never got them to work for me because of horrible tutorials, I probably would if I could on a new account just to see what its like.

I hack for knowledge, not for the money. So, yes, I do hack. But as I don't care about leveling up and such, you won't see me discussing hacking, and all that. You won't even know the names of my characters. Like Iceywolf, I've created an UCE just for the heck of it.

After a few days reading alot of tuts, I finally can use hacks.

I used to play legit for almost an half year. Now i'm back, because I wanted to know what's it like to hack.

I don't hack myself, but I've leeched off hackers before, though never for more than a few percent. In all honesty though, I've considered asking a few hacker friends of mine for their hacks, or to level my character for me. I haven't though, so I'm just kinda sitting at around 45% at the moment.

For awhile I DID have an alternate female account that I hacked on, but I just didn't find it as entertaining as playing legitimately, so I stopped.

Although half or more of the community of Maple Story hack or character share anyways. This thread definately made me look at the maple community different.

lol most people hack on games because its either insanely hard or they're bored of it and therefore hack on it to make it a more interesting and amusing experience

just as hackers make cheats for games to test their skills and improve their knowledge in programming

I havn't hacked, don't intend to. I've known a few people that hack or have hacked but the ones that still did I persuaded not to. I'd rather play one of my friends accounts then go hack myself to a higher level.

Hellz, I think you're taking it bit too far. What I was saying is that some hackers are just people who play the same games that you play, they just play it in a different way. Remember, this is the internet, not real life.

Well if you go by the ToS I am hacking, but I am not using any real hacks. I'm using joy2key to play maple with a controler .. IT MAKES playing maple 10 times easier and makes it oddly funner o.o

Lmao... that's what kills me. Go to the MPC boards, the people there SPOON FEED IT, and I have people above me saying "OMG BUT DEY TOLD MEH 2 USE TEH SEARCH BUTON, HOW DER DEY?" The only hacks I've used are for DiabloII open battle-net where they're allowed anyway, so I guess I've never really hacked outside places where they're allowed xD

i only stopped cuz of a new patch blocked my hack but if it was never blocked i woulda kept on going.

i was a hacker in the beta days but only used jump hack for stuff....but the then i quit aout 1 day into it becuase i knew it was ruining the game so i quit and never tried again but i still think about it when im lack of money and etc.:D

You act as if I'm anti hacker, as if I were saying, "F EVERYONE WHO IS A HACKER IN THIS FORUM". And besides, if I dislike hackers, it's my own opinion, you wont change it. Besides hackers don't enjoy off of playing the game different than us, most of them just wanna get to the top faster than anyone else. meh I dislike hackers they're always the ones that f the system. Here you have a legit game that people enjoy and are having fun on. Then a hacker comes and hacks your account and ruins that some odd hours you've been play on. I can honestly say "I hate hackers," if your not patient enough to actually level the generic way then go find a game that levels quickly (like guildwars.) Don't even say that you enjoy it too much b/c if your using hacks to cheat through it then your not really enjoying the experience. People should not hack for the basic reason that it is "wrong" if it was then it would've been included in the game and people would not be banned for it.

I read on other forums for your information. And that's what I assume by the majority, and if you read I said most of them, that doesn't mean all of them. Most hackers are people who go on hacking websites and download the programs and find out or get help to hack, or possibly even buying them.

This is going to be my post last in this thread; hopefully. I'm tired of discussing how hackers are to be hated.

what he was saying, is that its the type of hacker that just wants to level to 100+ that is usually the 'asshole' type. the people who only play to gain levels, not to enjoy themselves.

but knowign the fact that ur getting good exp and using it at ur advantage(which is much smarter), make sit seem fun.
