the teacher told me that theres this thing where i can tell the teachers why i shouldn't be expelled for a whole year so i can get back to school earlier but then i might go to jail but you can still go to school while i'm jail right?

If you really did that, and you think you're not going to jail, you probably are insane. At the very least you'll get therapy and time in some form of rehab. Depending on how deep the stabs/where you stabbed him exactly, you'll be tried for man-slaughter or murder (if you planned the stabbing ahead of time, it's murder 1, but probably murder 3 just for the retarded reason you stabbed him).
