Does anyone knows if there is any program to convert the .gzr into .avi or something?

you cant' convert the gunz replay to any video program since in the gunz replays you can change who you watch, it's not a video, it's the entire game being played.

to make a video you have to use a program like fraps.

Fraps isn't good unless you're willing to pay for it. In addition to that, you will lag ingame whenever you use fraps (from my experiences. I have DSL if that matters.. O.o)

that's not internet lag you're experiencing, that's your computer lagging, if you want to not have that problem you're going to have to get more ram.

When using the full version of fraps, yes you will experience a huge FPS drop to about 10-20, but the video records fine. You then have to convert that video file into something alot smaller (windows movie maker can do this) Im not sure why people havent done this with their k-style tutorials, perhaps if someone can give me gunz replays i will create a k-style movie ;)
