I would like to see a couple. I would like to see a Elder Scrolls game online. It would take some tweaking to the way the Elder Scrolls games play, but I think they could pull it off quite nicely. Another one I would like to see online is Fable. To do that they would have to make the game way more open ended with larger maps and more quests and such while keeping the feel of Fable still there.

Problem with that game is that it's ajp only, p2p, is hardly updated, and in an mmo the whole "switching between the battle screen and world screen* is lame. They'd have to make it so that you went to combat areas where the view was always in the 2D battle view.

An online Skies of Arcadia would be my second choice.

ok have you even done any research lately. There only been a few instances of this happening. Think about it. Theres lot of people playing GTA like more than 1 million. So if anyone who plays it becomes a murderer weve got 1 million+ murderers running around. Dont you think thered be alot of coverage on the news about this? Well according to Gamemaster magazine, the new GTa game will include online play, where you can form gangs and go on crime missions together etc, which sounds like an RPG game sort of.

That is the most retarded thing ive ever heard. If anyone is going to kill people cause of a game they were already ****ed up. Anyone who says that is just finding a way to blame something else. As for a online game elder scrolls would make a good one.

I think the Valkyrie Profile games would make a unique MMORPG. You'd make a Lesser Valkyrie, and you'd go around collecting Eijenhaar and choosing which ones would accompany you in battle. Though it wouldn't be the normal transition from interface to battle screen. You'd assign your Eijenhaar's commands to a certain button, and you'd just run up to an enemy and execute the regular battle strategies from the original VP games. And there would be TONS of customizable Eijenhaar (Like, 100+ Eijenhaar to recruit). It would make a really good MMO in my opinion. I played Lenneth once at my friend's house and I really liked it, even though it sounded stupid at first.

I would have to say Age of Pirates - Carribbean Tales (without all the bugs ofcourse). Yes, i know there is already pirate games out there but i mean not like click a monster (like a rabbit with a mallet or some crap), press a number and watch. AoP-CT is like more oblivion, you swing and slash, block, parry, etc. Also the Naval combat online would ROCK (they already have multiplayer but i mean in that you can choose your ship and stuff, its arcade mode (you ONLY do deathmatch, dont see your dude) and it doesnt even work without getting a special thing then hoping that somebody is hosting :P)

I'd have to say Oblivion: Elder of Scrolls IV for sure. It would be awesome to beable to play that online. But with the crazy graphics and the way the npcs work, you can't expect to play it online for awhile.

That game requires a hell lot more customization but otherwise, it would be a good game. Perhaps have it where only dungeons it's turn based and only party members go with you.

I say FF:CC, Star Ocean, Breath of Fire or Wild Arms. The hardest to do it with would be BoF and Wild Arms, but if they could tighten the gameplay, fix the games so they were non linear, and add more customization, then they could both be great MMOs, just due to their storylines and backdrops. Wild Arms= Western-Anime-Crazy-***-Huge-Guns-That-Pwn-Oh-So-Hard, and BoF= Dragon transformations, Cell Shaded Graphics, Cool underground civilizations, and semi-real time fighting (I'm getting the ideas from Wild Arms 3 and BoF: Dragon Quarter, respectively). They would be hard projects, but if Namco can make Tales online, then Capcom can work their magic. After all, they made Monster Hunter, didn't they? =]]

I would love more than anything to see "The World" Go online, but as it was stated on the official .hack website (in a sticky o_o), it would be literally impossible. For servers to run efficiently, they would contain a max of 100 players at a time, and since most of .hack IS community, it would therefore fail. Also, to run enough servers to get all the players in, whoever decided to publish the game would have to spend tons of money. That's why they original online "The World" In Japan closed after a month or so. It's sad, but true until we get better technology. Not dissing anyone's statements or ideas, but I thought you may want to know not to get your hopes up.

Not in any particular order
1) skies fo arcadia: open ended pirating in flying boats ftw? skies of arcadia's setting would work PERFECTLY in a mmorpg. If it wasnt point and click or turn based it would be loads of fun. what could be more fun than cannoning a ships engines to dust and watching it fall or boarding a ship and slaughtering the crew and plundering its loot.

2) Tales of symphonia: With tweaks this would work great. they would just need to add a 3rd dimention to the movement or make it a side scroller. The actiony fast paced game play would make a great mmo.

3)Chrono Cross: This would take a bit of work, but with a lot of effort and some tweaking to gameplay chrono cross would make a great mmo. The character customization would have to be good, because theres 44 party members in the game.

4)Gladius: Im pretty sure that they could just take gladius as it is and make it online and it would work perfectly without tweaking anything. Running a gladiator school with tons of towns and such would be great in a mmo and the pvp would have no match.

I used to love Exile and Avernmu by Spiderweb Software. I would like an online version of those games. I like simple graphics but deep gameplay.

one word... black that was a wicked ps2 game increadable graphics online it would be awsome and or urban chaos not the greatest single player but online would be awsome, but it would be alot of bumper ppeople so they would have to change it so sheilds are not indestructable or you can only hold the sheld for a specific amount of time

well id like have a dead rising mmorpg even tho i only rented the game i liked it alot. And everyone would like to see Zelda go online and Grand Theft Auto san andreas is an rpg sort of u get weapon skills and muscle and even fat lol....but theres a mod for the pc version of san andreas that makes it online but thats only deathmatches and stuff... Oblivion needs to go online or any elder scroll games instead theres a mod for the pc version that makes it go online!! they need oblivion for 360 online aswell..........but mostly what i want is a resident evil mmorpg thats free and its for every console people will get a lot of money for that.

Xenosaga does sound like something to put in an MMO style and something i wouldn't mind trying(though it would probably make more sense to make Xenogears into an MMO format seeing as Xenosaga is the prequel to it). I would like to see Chrono Cross as an MMO also was a real good sequel to Chrono Trigger. Other than those I'm not sure though i do know Kingdom Hearts would probably not work too well but don't get me wrong i do like Kingdom Hearts i beat all 3 Kingdom Heart games but i just don't think it would fit well in a MMO setting.
