What would be a good free RPG with a good story with multiple characters, something like final fantasy, and i also would like it to be 3d if not a very good 2d one.

i dont think there are really any free rpg games around unless you look at the abandonware games. Home of the Underdogs (try looking there) comes to mind. XO
