1st of all,you cant double post (against the rules), and you NEED the levels to do elemental workshop. You cant do the quest without the levels.

Not that theres any point to the double posting rule...

nah i agree the double posting rule is a bit bobbins, but the requirements for elemental workshop dont take long just craft some bowstrings to get your level up!!
