Hey guys, first post. Long time lurker :)

Got a question for the RYL2 players here. I'm on the MY server, and try as I might I just cannot get enough money for much of anything. I see tons of people putting up stuff for millions upon millions of gold, and here I am with my wonderful 55,000 gold. The most I ever had at any one time was about 75k.

Am I missing something here? I know these guys are like whatever the level cap is (I don't even know what it is yet) but what the hell? Are they botting or something?

It's getting to the point where I can't afford new armor/weapons really, maybe I'll just beg someone in game for some gold :( (not that they speak English)

Btw, I just hit level 37 if that helps.

hm im in server hades have a char lvl 42 i think but i didnt have any proplems with money got up to 10mil and even the most was 15mil its easy to gain money when u first start just sell spens u wont need them till ur a pro im not sure about it its also my first day

yep sell Spen and Lost Woods also if u find any other rare items that people put for high prices..

i sell
Spens = 150k
Lost woods = 150k - 200k

these can get u rich in no time, spens easily to get just farm low lvl mobs

Actually, I posted on the official RYL forums and got my answer.

If you kill Spirits, they have the possibility of dropping coupons that give you 1 million gold. I now have 5 million gold :)

The Spirits come in 10 level thingies, so they are level 10, 20, 30, 40 etc etc. Each level higher, gives you a higher % chance of a drop. So I've been farming them a bit now, gonna keep going until I have 10 or 15 million. Oh, and I think you can only have 1 coupon in your inventory at any one time. So once you get one, right click it to give yourself the money and keep going.

No I don't think it's an event. It's always been in, but they've ajusted the drop rates to be lower over time from what I read.

Farming for coupons, along with selling Spens, I've got 17 million gold now :)

well i farmed a few and only got one coupon so far but is enough for my lvl :cool:

lolz...seriously? i took a day to get 10mil+ without for coupons. just selling spens, lost wood, yiternis, mitchell metals and C+++ above equipment i got through blackmarket and monsters[some from john's quest cuz dun get the right equipment for my class each time i complete the quest]. now i hav at least 60mil+[main character] not counting my other characters....

its not a botting or something .. actually its a monthly card that all the ppl buy ! 1 month card = 1500 alocate points .. u can buy many items with the alocated points ! like mine .. i bought 350mills and 120mitchels ! when u alocate the points .. u need to wait for 2 or 3 days to get the money in game .. how bout try to find shop that sell the card !! in malaysia , got many shop selling the card ! try to find it in ur area ! sry if my english bad >.<*

Bots are some kind of hacks...not AI-controlled players! GM restricted that...so becareful

the best way to get money is to kill ghost they giv u those 100 k gold things.I quited RYL so i dont know if they hav ghost monsters anymore...i had 10 mill.
