By classic I mean your PS1, Sega Genesis, Dreamcast, 8-bit Atari system, oldschool computer games, that kind of stuff.

For me it has to be the original (and I dare boast much better version) Final Fantasy Tactics for the PS1, and Heroes of Might and Magic 2... loved those graphics.

I wish you said games, but my favorite classic is...

Seiken Densetsu 3, or Sword of Mana 3.

That game was helluva fun..... but it had a dissapointing ending. Plus the last boss was easy, all you needed to use was a bow and go into like the upper right corner... Lol.

Umm Classic game...Breath of fire 2 would be there along with Final Fantasy 6 for the SNES

Street Fighter II tho and all its slightly modified incarnations reign as my favorite classic game also for the SNES. :)

Final Fantasy IV for SNES. Best RPG I've played.

Machines, wicked 3D RTS. Not like AoE or anything, fully 3D. MOst revolutionary thing about it was the "1st Person mode", where you could actually take control of one of your troops and drive it around. Wicked fun.

That reminds me of a game I played with my brother... We had like ships n' stuff and you could choose to fully control them, and it was 2 player, and like... there was a count down... but it wasn't first person. That game was fun. :\

Easy, my favorite classic is the only game to ever get 50 Game of the Year awards and get the first "Best Game Ever" award, Half-Life. With the game being released in 98, I call that a classic.

Before that, it was Duke3d

Before that it was . . . um . . .hmm . . . Super Mario Brothers 3?

Anyway, at that point, my gaming days were just starting. Oh great classics of birthed gameing, what would we do with out?

edit:
ooh, ooh, OOH . . . I forgot about Zelda anf Fial Fantasy classics, what would I be with out somthing to feed my hungar for great plot.

There have been a couple, but I really didn't start to really play games til the N64 era.

Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Goldeneye
And Super Smash

I know I missed out on alot of good games so that is why I am planning to download a crapload of games like Crono Trigger and the old FFs, some zelda and mario and whatever on my future Wii.

You are reading a post from a licenced N64 Nut.

Paper Mario (very good storyline)
Zelda Ocarina of Time(BEST EVEEEEEEEEEER!) ((Nuf said.))
Donkey Kong 64 (Fun, hard to control)
Super Mario 64(Excellent graphics, challenging and addicting)

There are others, but I haven't played them in awhile. I stick to these four.
BTW, I was just playing ZOOT. Done everything except I still need to finish the Shadow Temple. If anyone can give me a site with some dungeon maps on it, greatly appreciated.

Ah... Pong...
Boring. Yet at the time, a revolution.
Search google for this cool new circle version of pong.

ZOOT will always be the best... ZOOT is life... ZOOT...

Metal Slug Series, C&C(N64 version), and Starcraft(N64 version).

For PS1 I have a lot, but most notably Um Jammer Lammy and Castlevania: Symphony of The Night.
