I have a question o_O

Ive seen alot everywhere that TSSNs are illegal to generate.. but heres a problem....

hundreds of sites IN taiwan have generators for them...

Ive asked a couple of my TW friends.. they said everyone they know generates and no one cares, because its too personal of info

Is this true? Does anyone from or in taiwan know?

I just wanna make sure...

(also im not talking about KSSNs -looks at sticky-)
