I have everything filled out but when i click register a sign pops up with a bunch of letters. and wont let me register

Can someone help me please I registered for Hangame but when I click play on the korean kwonho website a message pops up about user license agreement and thats it. Nothing happens. I tried downloading the game but after it was done downloading it just disapeared and nothing happenes please help me.
