registrating worked perfectly fine for me o_____o;
perhaps you lefted out some information while registering on IE?
then again, the problem can be recent~

The website seems to be new, and the problem is that it might not work at times. I registered yesterday, and it was alright at the time. Registration can be so wierd when it comes to errors. So, try again later on.

Um......I'm not sure if I should say this but, shouldn't you just PM her about that?

Maybe it thinks your passport number is invalid, try something like AB123434, put some letters in there. Also, i cant see the rest of your registration form, so i cant tell you've you've filled out EVERY single field, which you should do.

It's probably your Pass number. You should randomize it.

Did you also put that you are older than 18? im not sure but i think they dont accept people younger than that.

Haha , I got stuck here too but i found a solution after many random tries. Don't put space on every information and no special symbols , eg slashes, dots , dash. Yeah , including the address, Everything sticks together.

Big letters will work , i think.

Yes, I have this problem too and I filled out ALL of the required fields in both mozilla and explorer, it sure isn't random because I've tried multiple time over this week. I dunno

Hello~! New to the forums, but I found this site and read some of the tips and found what went wrong with the registration.
You have to put no spaces or symbols, like ssong said, and put in a one-of-a-kind passport number. Most people do 1234567890, but that's pretty common, so it would have been already taken by somebody else. Just put in random numbers without any particular order and see if it works.
