No it isnt, Only Free rose is Krose and thats fully english

Can someone please help me registering with krose and making it english? and the download too lol... I can't understand korean 1 bit.

you cant download unless you login first AND the website isnt english only inside the game is-_- sucks doesnt it?

and you need a korean social security number (kssn) and its matching korean name but its now illegal to ask for kssn since the kssn isnt legally yours
