Ok can anyone help me register i keep trying and get this window popping up saying ???????? then i press ok or close it and it brings me back to the register page....

This happened to me and it took me a while but I figured it out. You need a passport number, or if you're like me just make one up.
Non Malaysian member are required to fill in their Passport number. Example: A123456
