you use those sealed boxes, mirrors, rings, watever you have and you go to book keeper. you buy the scroll for the sealed item you got, then you him to fuse it for you.

1. The fusion item's "soul" count% will affect ur chance of sucess (i remember seeing it decrease gramatically if its not at 100%)
ah of course if you want to spam 10 chests to it . . . . should be no problem ^^ , doesnt have to be 100% for fusing
2. Then each item has its own "maxed" chance of success , i remember its listed in the item descriptions . . .
90% Sealed Chest (lvl10) +1 Weapon attack or +2 Weapon defense

fusion tip : DO NOT FUSE CONTINUOUSLY (unless ur using chest >",<) and prepare ahead . . . . eg i started fusing my lv10 when i just started . . . and now im preparing my lv 20 . . . im currenty lv 11 or 12 !?!?
max fusion time(s) is 10 for every eq
so if all necklace , the eq will have a chance to be 3X10 = +30
of course if you somehow successful fusing 10 Charms ">> U BIG HACKER <<" (~jealous
