Ok to start off go to http://www.ipoint.com.my:8080/Billing/NEW_REGISTER/REGISTER.asp and Fill out the form ..
When you get to the Malaysian Passport thing type any 12 digit number with 800 being the first 3
EX.) 800657186917
EX.) 800165897713
if you cant understand this than good luck with it becuase it doesnt get any straight forward than that.
Then fill out the rest of the form once your done youll find this screen that has 3 options CHOOSE THE MIDDLE ONE and create ur GO account then your all set have fun:p
